By downloading or using Zingy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Use of the App
• Zingy is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for the photos and text you upload.
• Inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content may result in suspension of your access.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
• Zingy offers subscription plans (e.g., weekly $4.99, yearly $XX).
• Payments are processed through Google Play / Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds for partially used periods are not provided.
4. User Content Responsibility
By uploading content, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights.
Zingy is not liable for any issues resulting from user-uploaded photos or text.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Punchlines created by the AI are provided "as is" and intended only for humor.
We make no guarantees about their reliability or appropriateness.
Zingy shall not be held liable for any offense or consequences arising from AI-generated content.
6. Data Handling
• Zingy does not permanently store uploaded photos or text.
• Only a push notification token is stored in Firebase to deliver app-related notifications.
• This token can be deleted upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zingy and its affiliates are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from user-uploaded or AI-generated content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
